Summer 2010

The Getz family has and still IS having a busy summer. We started the summer off with 3 weeks at Sunset Beach. There we spent lots of time at the pool and the beach. We took a little road trip twice south to Myrtle Beach. We introduced Graham and Charlie to MagiQuest. Kira and her boys came down for a few days and we had a fun dinner at Planet Hollywood.

Next we were home for a few days then back to Wilmington to Grandpa and MaAli's house. The kids went tubing behind the boat for the first time with Ma Ali. There was lots of swimming at the pool and the beach.

Now the family is spread out across the US. Emma flew to Wisconsin to be with Pop-Pop and Nana, Travis drove to Virginia Beach for a business trip and the boys and I are in Colorado. Yesterday we drove to 14,ooo feet up Mount Evans. The views were amazing. We saw mountain goats and prairie dogs. The temperature dropped 30 degrees as we drove to the top.

We are off to Denver today to spend the night and catch a 6am flight home.

School starts August 2nd so we have a few more fun weeks of summer.
