My sweet daddy passed away Thursday. We were right by his side at his home...which is EXACTLY what he wanted. The day of his death was amazing...we told stories and laughed all day. We knew he was listening and he finally passed away peacefully. His funeral was perfect...it was funny and absolutely beautiful. Although we are going to miss him, we are so excited that his body is whole again.
Thank you to everyone who has prayed for him over the past three years. Thank you for all the cards and flowers, too!
What a day it will be when we see each other again!!!

You were such a sweet daughter and he was also a wonderful "Papa" tot he kids. Since he was so sick and he had to go on I'm so glad for all of you that ir was a "good old-fashioned dying." Love, Me
Beautiful post, Christioli. I just thought of your dad today... saw a nice man that looked like him in Panera and I got all sad.
